A cozy stay by the mall

We loved the spacious room and the incredible breakfast options. The staff greeted us with smiles, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Great location near restaurants too!

However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and we noticed some areas like the stairwells that were not as well-maintained. The breakfast ordering system was confusing.

Perfect match for a budget stay in Raleigh with great value for money. Stopped in after a long drive and the soft bed felt like a dream. Check in late to avoid crowds.

The jacuzzi tub was refreshing and relaxing.

I found the bed and sofa bed too firm, leading to a restless night. The lack of amenities was disappointing. there were no hair dryers or utensils provided for the mini Keurig. Additionally, the room was kept chilly, and I was advised not to adjust the thermostat, which made my stay uncomfortable.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay! The kids particularly enjoyed the spacious One-Bedroom Suite, which had a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely view. We loved exploring all that Raleigh has to offer, and the delicious breakfast prepared us for our adventures.

For dads, it would be great to have a larger kids' play area.

The kitchen in my King Studio had everything I needed, including a toaster and dishwasher. I was really impressed by how well-equipped it was. The breakfast options blew me away! Freshly baked croissants and a variety of juices made my mornings feel special. The room felt clean and inviting, making it a cozy place to relax. However, I found the pullout mattress had stains, which was a real letdown. Also, some areas of the room, like the closet doors, showed wear and tear. Still, the staff were helpful when I raised my concerns about the mattress. This stay had some ups and downs but overall made for a decent trip.
